EMPLOYEES WITH DISABILITIES

Our happy house wants to turn difference into strength. After an initial assessment, our Joyeux team members are all recruited and trained by a team of specialists in HR, management, cooking and specialist educators.

At the end of their training, the Joyeux team members join the Cafés Joyeux on a permanent basis. Depending on their abilities, and always supervised by caring managers, they work in various restaurant jobs: reception, cashier, kitchen, and room service.
